Return/ Exchange Policy

We understand that each piece of your jewelry is extremely precious to you. In case you are not pleased with the product, you can always return/ exchange it back to us within the 14-days’ time period from the day it was delivered at your door-step.

To make a return, you could immediately email us to info@doverastore.com and book for a return and without any questions we would book a return/ exchange and will send our courier partner to your address for pick-up in UAE. Please note return shipping is free in this case within the UAE.

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. No refund will be issued for products returned in a used or damaged condition.

How to return/ exchange a product? (14 days free return)

Please follow the below instructions to return your item within 14 days.

1. Please send an email to info@doverastore.com for return/ exchange request along with Order Number,
2. Our team will schedule the courier pickup upon receiving the return request; the schedule will be informed to the customer by means of an Email.
3. Please pack your jewelry as it is condition in the packaging that is provided with the package.
